Harsh Pandit

arsh Pandit is an experienced producer with nearly a decade in film production, acquisition, and creative management. He has worked with leading studios like T-Series, JA Entertainment, Abundantia Entertainment, and MX Player, contributing to projects across Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi cinema. Harsh has produced films such as Harna and Batliwala Gang, and is currently leading upcoming projects including the biographical drama Birsaait and the action film RK Trophy. His sharp storytelling vision and production expertise make him a key creative force at Kamal Bharti Entertainment.

Nitin Gawde

Nitin brings a rich, multi-disciplinary creative background shaped by two decades in theater and filmmaking. He began his journey as an Assistant Director in theater, directing his first stage production in 2005, and later explored visual storytelling through short films.

Since entering the film industry in 2015, Nitin has worked as a Writer, Director, Creative Director, Production Designer, and Producer developing a well-rounded understanding of both craft and production. 

At Kamal Bharti Entertainment, Nitin plays a key role in shaping content with depth, design clarity, and creative integrity.

Akshay Jadhav

Akshay is an accomplished Creative Producer with experience across award-winning films, regional cinema, and digital content. He has contributed to National Award winning projects like Bhonsle and Goshta Eka Paithanichi, led creative development for Jio Studios’ and produced impactful audio content for Pocket FM. Akshay has worked on popular shows and films. He also creates high-engagement micro-dramas for leading digital platforms and specializes in AI-based artwork, social media SEO, and performance analysis.

Akshay brings innovative thinking, strong storytelling instincts, and efficient production management to every project at Kamal Bharti Entertainment.

Rupesh Mosamkar

Rupesh holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) degree from the prestigious Rachna Sansad Academy of Fine Arts.

 

Rupesh's journey in the advertising world began as a Visualiser at Sphinx Creative Solutions, where he honed his skills in crafting compelling visual narratives. He then took on the role of Art Director and Visualiser at B.E.E Creative Solutions, further refining his expertise in creative direction and visual storytelling.

 

With a passion for innovative design and a keen eye for detail, Rupesh has consistently pushed the boundaries of creative expression throughout his career. As the Director of Mangroves Advertising Agency, he brings his wealth of experience and artistic vision to the forefront, driving the agency's mission to breathe new life into brands and create impactful, sustainable campaigns that thrive in the market.

Vaman Rane

Vaman is a seasoned filmmaker with over 12 years of experience across Hindi, Marathi, and Hollywood projects. He demonstrates creative flair, a deep passion for filmmaking, and robust project management skills, collaborating with Mumbai's top production houses. Rane founded fast-growing ventures like FILMWALA FACTORY, FILMWALA STUDIO , KAZOO SOUND STUDIO, and WISKEY INC. AD AGENCY, serving clients such as Lintas, MullenLowe, McCann, Ogilvy, Dentsu, Nike, Renault, Tata, and Discovery India.​

His filmmaking portfolio includes co-directing, producing, and distributing the Bollywood film Yeh Kaisa Tigdam, directed projects like New Year Party, Lost in Love, and Anamika, and contributing to Hollywood efforts such as Happy Journey, Roar: The Tigers of Sundarbans, and Hotel Mumbai. Rane also excels in film trading for Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Assamese, Telugu, and Hindi cinema, with distribution roles in films like Jamun and Bezubaan Ishq, and early credits as script supervisor on Coffee Ani Barach Kahi and co-producer on Satarangi Re.​
